Position Type: Full-Time 

Job Description: 

• Serves as the scrum master for a team of software developers responsible for several web application projects
• Gather customer requirements; develop user stories following Agile methodologies
• Measure, monitor, and report on project performance (burndown, burnup, velocity)
• Create and track high-level project milestones
• Provide guidance and oversight to a web application development team with architecting and implementing solutions following Agile principles
• Research, recommend, and implement software development techniques, best practices, and processes

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years supervising or leading software development projects
• 3 years leading software development teams following Agile methodologies
• Experience with Team Foundation Server highly desired.
• Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner preferred
• Experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques in test-driven development a plus
• Development tools/languages experience desired: .NET, CSS, HTML, Knockout.js, JavaScript

• Active secret clearance required. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education:

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics required
