Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Lexington Park, MD. Position Type:  Full-Time


Essential Functions:

The corporate recruiting coordinator will support Spalding Consulting’s growing recruitment efforts.   Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, successful at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously and possesses a strong customer/candidate focus.  Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a customer service champion to our hiring managers.
  • Post and update job requisitions in applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, college job boards, social media and technology specific networking groups.
  • Plan, setup and participate in career fairs, open houses, community outreach and recruiting events.
  • Assist in resume mining, sourcing and building candidate pipelines. 
  • Arrange candidate interviews and assure confirmations and instructions are sent to all parties accordingly to include interview emails, calendar invites, scheduling conference rooms and greeting candidates upon arrival.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of improvement projects.
  • Update sponsored jobs on various job boards weekly.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports for hiring managers
  • Update recruiting job board activity daily.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.


Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in a human resources or talent acquisition environment.
  • Intermediate level skills using Word, Excel and Outlook.


Education:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration desired.
