Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding requires 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Position may require onsite support 1-2 days per week at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Functions:

• Manage customer On-boarding process and implementation of new applications into DevSecOps Container hosting environments.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans/schedules across multiple teams for monitoring/tracking progress of complex IT hosting and DevOps development projects.
• Monitor, track, and update progress of numerous IT projects including compiling minutes and actions from progress meetings.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve schedule and performance risks for projects.
• Report project progress and risks to leadership via multiple avenues on a recurring basis.
• Work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, customer relations personnel, and customers.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, breakdown, and document requirements.
• Facilitate meetings across technical teams and with customers to track progress and overcome blockers.
• Assist in creating briefs/whitepapers for the government team lead.
• Participate and assist in planning meetings, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

• Experience as an IT project manager or IT project analyst required.
• Experience creating, coordinating, and tracking project schedules and tasking required.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

• Experience working in a DOD software development/data analytics environment desired.
• Experience working with a PM/CM tool like GitLab (preferred) or TFS desired.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, active or interim secret is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 1 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 3 years related experience OR HS and 5 years related experience.
