Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a Project Management Office Analyst in Saint Inigoes, MD. Essential Functions: The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst will work with leadership and a diverse group of people in support of the comprehensive activities associated with a Project Management Office across many different competencies and projects. Responsible for leading or supporting division operation management processes, including:

  • Collect, collate and report on project and contract data
  • Collation and quality review of operation cost
  • Maintain process documents and templates
  • Prepare request and present for discussion
  • Coordinate updates and communicate to team
  • Maintain and configure PMO tools
  • Work plan management across multiple projects
  • Support project and program communications
  • Assist project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues
  • Participate and prepare materials for meetings
  • Monitor quality assurance activities
  • Other duties as assigned or required

 

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

  • 4 years of experience with MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Experience with managing competing priorities, working simultaneously on multiple initiatives, and meeting deadlines


Desired:

  • Experience with project planning and management 
  • PMP and/or Agile Certifications
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification


Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited institution in business, management, or related discipline preferred. An AS or AA in a relevant discipline with an additional 2 years of experience OR a HS Diploma with an additional 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
