Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: This is a Hybrid position.(see on-site requirements below).

**On-site Requirements: Hybrid remote/in-office 2-3 days per week at St. Inigoes, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management, and operation of the project. Support efforts include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, and project schedules.
  • Provides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR).
  • Receives and processes funding documents.
  • Creates and maintains project structures for funding in N-ERP
  • Track and reconcile Funding within NERP.
  • Prepare project cost estimates.
  • Maintain documentation in SharePoint.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

  • MS Excel


Desired:

  • Background in finance or accounting


Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education:
A high school diploma OR GED is required.
