Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work/in-office. (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Initial training will be mostly virtual, but may require occasional on-site visits during the first few months. Position may require on-site work at Patuxent River, MD 1-2 days per week.

Essential Functions:

• Compile and document test cases and test plans.
• Perform system and integration testing for transactional applications and reports by executing test cases and documenting results.
• Support user testing and 508 compliance testing.
• Conduct troubleshooting of software issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Attend customer meetings to record meeting minutes, gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Assist in converting requirements into epics, user stories, or features and input into GitLab.
• Work closely with software developers to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements.
• Provide onsite customer support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:
Experience conducting software testing for IT applications in an Agile environment required.

Desired:

• Experience providing requirements analysis for IT applications desired.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Experience with GitLab highly desired.
• Automated testing experience desired.
• Basic programming understanding is a plus.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Active Secret clearance desired, interim Secret acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
HS and 2 years’ experience required.
