Job Description:   

• Experience with Federal privacy requirements preferably within Healthcare for protecting information subject to the Privacy Act.
• Extensive experience with processing PIAs and SORN notices.
• Develop recommendations, reports, and possesses the ability to schedule and execute projects. 
• Solid understanding of the (FISMA), NIST and Federal privacy laws (e.g. Privacy Act of 1974, HIPAA etc.).
• Responsible for completing and maintaining PIAs on all systems (developmental and operational).
• Perform monitoring of the privacy monitoring tool (i.e. RSA Archer, conduct analysis, and provide reporting to SAMHSA management).

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Minimum five (5) years experience required.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance or Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
