Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a BFM Financial Analyst in St Inigoes, MD. Position Type:    Full - Time

Essential Functions:

• Provide a wide-range of BFM support to division/PMO, which manages daily operations and provides program execution and support services for all programs and projects.
• Support financial and business management operations using NAVAIR financial tools in the functional areas of budget execution and reporting.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory financial reporting and maintain all backup documentation and related documents.
• Assist the day-to-day budget execution process by preparing, processing, and tracking status funding documents for all appropriations managed by the division.
• Utilize N-ERP for a wide-range of financial execution support activities including, but not limited to, Purchase Requisitions, Procurement Requests, and expenditure analysis.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition financial management.
• Demonstrated experience with Navy financial systems.

Desired:

• Experience with Direct Cite and Reimbursable categories and other-than-Navy and NAVSEA customers.

Security Clearance: 
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.  Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.  

Education:

• BS with 2 years; or an AS or AA degree and an additional 2 years of experience; or an additional 4 years of experience
