Work Location: This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. 

Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics (TcRA) to support the implementation of Siemens Teamcenter services projects in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Government Cloud Environment (GCE) for our Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) customer. You will work closely with the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration team to transform customer requirements into successful implementation projects, coordinating with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), various government acquisition groups, and remote technical teams to accomplish the goals of the project.

As the Teamcenter TcRA Developer you will help refine and grow the capabilities of current systems, driving continuous improvement to meet our engineering and logistic Active Workspace integration and interface needs. You will be responsible for design, develop, and sustain the current Teamcenter environment and related application systems. In this role, you will also promote best practices and internal business processes. You will be responsive and able to adapt quickly to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. You will work in a data driven environment, have a desire to drive change, and are excited by the opportunity to analyze systematic issues and implement solutions to challenging problems related to the development of this project.

 

Essential Functions:

• Sound understanding of latest Teamcenter architecture, features, application interface framework.
• ∙Expert in Configuration & Building solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements.
• Expert in Teamcenter customization involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich Client plugin & AWC.
• To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of large and medium sized complex project through monitoring, tracking & control.
• Lead overall project development, production support and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation.
• Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management, Change management, Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration, Material Management IMM, TcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing etc.
• Experience in integrating Teamcenter with MCAD, ECAD, MES, ERP, Polarion, ALM, CRP and other bespoke applications.
• Experience in building functional and technical specification documents using latest tools like JIRA, Azure Cloud, Confluence.
• Experience in Teamcenter deployment on Cloud Solution like AWS, Azure, Google.
• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture.
• Knowledge in install/sysadmin/troubleshooting with integrations on SAP, Oracle, MES System, MCAD & ECAD.
• Serve as the SPOC for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications, Tc Enterprise etc.
• Previous migration experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES systems.
• Having good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schema of BOM, document management, change management, manufacturing planner.
• Well versed with Agile project methodology and Sprint wise delivery.
• Knowledge in MES Applications will be added advantage.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

• 5 or more years experience with Teamcenter.
• 3 or more years experience with Active Workspace.
• Experience designing/architecting PLM/Teamcenter Solutions for client and server.
• DoD 8570 compliant certification (Security+ Cert, OS Cert (Windows or Linux preferred)).

Desired:

• Experience in Amazon Web Services Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Navy Intranet and DoD IT infrastructure
• Experience with eQube MI and TcRA platforms for data migration and reporting
• Programming experience in C, C++, ITK, Java, XML, Angular JavaScript, TCL scripting, developing extensions, workflow handlers, and SOA services.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Teamcenter and 3 years in Active Workspace required.
