Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description: Provides support in the area of performing reimbursable billing and in finalizing reimbursable funding documents. This includes the research and identification of outstanding encumbrances as well as identifying excess funds.

Performs research and analysis by utilizing the ERP Internal Tables to extract information from the official financial system where:

• (1) no standardized reports exist;
• (2) additional information for standardized reports is required; and
• (3) to support reconciliation efforts. Provides analytical support to complete data calls.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required: At least two (2) year of accounting clerk experience.


Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.  Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
