Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst in Saint Inigoes, MD. Position Type: Full - Time 


Essential Functions: Provide contract financial and administrative support for contracts within the Division. This support will include:

  • Review deliverables from Division contracts (both hard and electronic) for accuracy, and process for routing to the appropriate personnel for review and approval using the Total Records and Information Management (TRIM) Context Document Management System and/or SharePoint.
  • Review and validate contract expenditure data from Division contracts, to include weekly expenditure reports and periodic invoices. Maintain contract financial data within the division PTS database.
  • Provide financial management and analysis for budget projections, and funding appropriation analysis.
  • Review and analyze contract-related data. Utilize the Contract Status Report (CSR) to generate feedback to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on the overall health of the contract.
  • Support the analysis of contract financial reports and vouchers, track contract expenditures, and reconcile contract close out reports
  • Provide and forecast contract ceiling needs and availability based on existing and projected project needs.
  • Completes Contract Recoveries for the contract. Validates chargeable objects within N-ERP used for recovery prior to submission.
  • Completes reconciliation with Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS) Reporting
  • Prepares PID/PR documentation to support various types of contract modifications. In addition, provides any supporting documentation that may be required to support contract realignments, de-obligations, exercise of ceiling, direct/CRA funding, or administrative modifications.
  • Prepares ACRN Distribution List for COR/ACOR for submission to Contractor.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in DoD Contract financial and administrative support.

Desired:

  • Navy ERP experience.  


Security Clearance:   
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret  clearance.  Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.  


Education:
Bachelor's degree desired.
