Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: Candidates are required to be local to the Cherry Point, NC area. On-boarding will be completed virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, candidates will be required to be in-person, on-site for some amount of time on a regular basis (currently 1 day a week). Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. 

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications, problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
  • Perform systems management or integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
  • Analyze and recommend commercial software.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

  • Experience providing technical support for users on system issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software applications.
  • Experience providing application support for numerous OneNDMS applications including CONOPS, TAP, WISK, MRO, IPA, BOE, Maximo, and HMMS.


Desired:

  • Experience creating user manuals, training materials, reference documents and other technical documentation.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Experience evaluating commercial software.
  • Experience creating/documenting test steps or trouble shooting procedures and/or methods.
  • Experience training team members/stakeholders/users to use systems or programs.


Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required.  Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
