Position Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Assist customers with document, imaging, and records management requirements
• Scan documents and optimize final image quality
• Capture metadata on image files for accurate retrieval
• Deliver image files to customers through SAP DMS (NERP repository), SharePoint, OpenText eDOCS, share drive, or optical media (CD, DVD)
• Retrieve legacy image files by searching existing repositories.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associates degree in Computer Science/Information Systems is preferred.
• 2 years related/relevant experience is required.
• One year Government/Military experience performing clerical functions with Microsoft Office tools may be considered in lieu of 2 years’ experience.
• Experience with MS Excel preferred
• Experience scanning documents or images preferred

Security Clearance: Active secret clearance required. Interim secret clearance acceptable to start. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology preferred
