Essential Functions:

Spalding is looking for a SharePoint Analyst to become part of a multifaceted and dynamic team supporting the US Navy community.  This position will provide support to end users on a variety of issues associated with the TCAP web-based program by identifying, researching, and responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical and functional support ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

• Document, track and monitor user issues and requests to ensure a timely resolution.
• Create custom list and library configurations to support the organizations business processes.
• Create and manage workflows to automate processes.
• Design and create custom SharePoint front-end user interfaces, web parts, and forms to meet customer requirements.
• Work with users and NAVAIR National Help desk personnel to facilitate creation of NAVAIR user accounts necessary for accessing the TCAP site.
• Perform monitoring and administrative tasking in SharePoint to include maintaining server space limits, archiving data and managing workflow logs.
• Communicate technical solutions to both military and civilian and contractor end users in both oral and written format.

Qualifications and Experience: 

Required:

• At least six (6) years of recent experience in information technology/computer field.
• 4 years of SharePoint development and/or administration experience.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Information Technology field.
• Troubleshooting experience at the application and program level.

Desired:

• Work experience within the DOD and/or a government setting is preferred.
• Database experience preferred.
• NINTEX workflow experience preferred.

Security Clearance: 
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.  


Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline is required.  Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
