Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a Jr Program Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. Position Type: Full -Time

Essential Functions: The Jr. Program Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis, administrative, and program management support to a large IT program. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks.

• Interfaces with Government clients
• Compiles technical and personnel data calls and reports
• Gathers pertinent contract data and creates presentations
• Assists contract program/project managers
• Compiles, sends, and tracks personnel and contract data calls
• Compiles, prepares, tracks, and submits contract deliverables
• Compiles and maintains standard operating procedures
• Tracks and reports contract performance metrics
• Processes new hires following contract on-boarding procedures
• Maintains SharePoint sites, including adding users and uploading documents
• Tracks software procurement and distributions
• Compiles and distributes meeting minutes and action items
• Updates organizational charts
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• At least 3 years of business related experience providing high-level administrative support
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organization skills.

Desired:

• Experience reporting directly to senior management desired
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Visio desired
• NAVAIR and/or NAWCAD experience preferred

Security Clearance: 
Active Secret clearance is preferred. Interim Secret clearance acceptable to start. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.  

Education:
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
