Job Description: The Information System Security Officer/Program Manager shall have overall responsibility for the contractor’s performance in support of SAMHSA with a particular emphasis on programmatic QA (Quality Assurance.) This individual shall serve a dual role as the Program Manager.

- Individual shall have leadership skills and be able to provide NIST & FISMA related technical guidance to the team.
- Assist CISO in managing the strategic planning of information security policies and procedures.
- Lead the review of technical, management and operational Security Controls in accordance with the NIST and FedRAMP approved cloud environments to ensure the completeness and effectiveness of the IT system’s information technology and security solutions.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and computer systems to ensure compliance with accreditation/certification documentation package for approved systems and proactively report results to management; make recommendations for and implement improvements as needed.
- Minimum eight (8) years of Cybersecurity experience is required.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is required.
