Job Description: Working under the supervision of a government lead, performs a variety of tasks associated with migrating existing suite of tools to various Cloud platforms.

• Automate processes for migration and test of systems deployed to the Cloud.
• Monitor migrated system (event, logging, performance, availability, capacity).
• Document system configuration and resources.
• Assist in configuration management of deployed system.
• Interface with cloud broker to define and procure services.

Qualifications and Experience:  

• Minimum two (2) years' experience as a cloud computing engineer required.
• Understanding of various cloud service delivery models including infrastructure-, platform-, and software-as-a-service; automation; hypervisors; containers; virtual compute, storage, and networks; virtual infrastructure management; self-provisioning; and scaling required.
• Understanding of the AWS services (in particular: EC2, S3, AMI, EBS, RDS, IAM, VPC, ELB, Auto Scaling, and CloudFormation) required.
• Experience working with AWS security group policy required.
• Experience working with AWS IAM required.
• Experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Ansible, Puppet) required.
• Troubleshooting skills required.
• AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solution Architect) desired.

Security Clearance:  Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. 

Education: Bachelor's degree In related field required.
