Position Type: Full-Time
Essential Functions:
- Ensure the NAWCAD WOLF UMCS and Shore Installation teams follow the CM protocols, processes, and procedures.
- Distributes and tracks Configuration Identification Numbers (CIN) and CR numbers.
- Distributes approved document template and CR templates to the team.
- Watermarks documents and drawings appropriately.
- Ensure the electronic file name for documents and drawings within CM follow the approved format. Updates the file names if needed.
- Uploads copies of Draft, Peer Review, and Reference documents and drawings to the SharePoint CM Library.
- Ensure Controlled Copies of documents and drawings are provided to the appropriate users for each build.
- Tracks the location, revision, and delivery POC for each Controlled Copy item.
- Ensure document and drawing backups are posted to the SharePoint CM Lead section.
- Routes each revised document or drawing to appropriate team members through the review and approval process.
- Reviews each Change Request (CR) form upon receipt to ensure the change is properly formatted, complete, and ready for presentation at CCB.
- Routes each CR form to appropriate team members for review and approval.
- Maintains the Master electronic files for documents delivered to NAWCAD WOLF by Contractor Support.
- Conducts a final QA review and verifies the change action package is complete prior to forwarding packages to CCB for review.
- Executes internal audits in the DUDE and Integration Areas to ensure correct revisions and watermarks on document and drawings.
- Interfaces with the PMA-268 CM Lead for submitting deliverables.
- Coordinates and delivers program specific artifacts to PMA-268.
- Trains applicable personnel in the CM processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- 2 years of experience in Document Management for all CM related documents
Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
