Position Type:  Full-Time
Work Location:  Hybrid remote/in-office. Candidates must reside within 90 miles of Patuxent River, MD (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual, however on-site training may be required a few hours per week for the first few months. On-site support may be required 1-2 days per month, as well as occasional evening/weekend on-site support for upgrades/patching. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change if additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of websites and application systems hosted on Windows based servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server and software issues.
• Provides direct support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, government entities and related internal and external teams
• Occasional evening/weekend on-site support for upgrades/patching is required.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

• Windows web/systems administration experience.
• Installation/configuration of web and application server software.
• Troubleshooting of server/software issues.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview).

Desired:

• Knowledge of DISA STIGS and Security Policies.

Security Clearance:
Active TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
