Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a Part-time Recruiting Sourcer in Lexington Park, MD - remote eligible. Spalding Consulting, Inc. is a professional services firm specializing in Information Technology (IT), Program Management, and Financial Management for the Department of Defense, federal agencies, and commercial clients. Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Essential Functions:
- Focus on sourcing cleared level technical and non-technical candidates and be able to identify, qualify and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Use sourcing tools and techniques including complex internet searches to find and attract job seekers and passive candidates.
- Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, desired salary, and more.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including OFCCP.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Applicant Tracking System experience.
- Knowledge and experience of HR laws and federal compliance reporting requirements.
- Experienced in building, cultivating and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and team oriented, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to the business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exercises discretion with confidential information related to the Company and its employees.
Qualifications for Remote Eligibility: Telecommute/Remote Eligible if greater than 50 miles from Lexington Park, MD but within the DC/MD/VA areas. Must onboard at corporate office in Lexington Park, MD and able to attend meetings as needed.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.
- Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing technical candidates.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field desired.
