Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a Part-time Recruiting Sourcer in Lexington Park, MD - remote eligible. Spalding Consulting, Inc. is a professional services firm specializing in Information Technology (IT), Program Management, and Financial Management for the Department of Defense, federal agencies, and commercial clients. Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Essential Functions:

• Focus on sourcing cleared level technical and non-technical candidates and be able to identify, qualify and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Use sourcing tools and techniques including complex internet searches to find and attract job seekers and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, desired salary, and more.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including OFCCP.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Applicant Tracking System experience.
• Knowledge and experience of HR laws and federal compliance reporting requirements.
• Experienced in building, cultivating and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and team oriented, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to the business needs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exercises discretion with confidential information related to the Company and its employees.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.
• Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing technical candidates.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field desired.
