Work Location: This is a remote position.

Come join our team as we support a large 5-year IT government contract for the Naval Air Systems Command!

Essential Functions:

• Attends customer meetings to gather, document, and analyze Stakeholder requirements.
• Works closely with stakeholder community to understand customer business processes/workflow in order to document clear and complete business requirements, requirements traceability, and test plans.
• Gathers and analyzes data from databases, systems, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Works with customer and product team in converting requirements to epics, features and user stories for capture into GitLab (where applicable).
• Works closely with software development team to translate business requirements to system requirements and ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements and quality standards.
• Assists in testing to ensure requirements have been met.
• Coordinates with Scrum Master/DevTeam Lead to facilitate progress meetings and product reviews.
• Measures and reports project performance, status, and issues.
• Identifies risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and communicates them to leadership.
• Assists with response to application support requests (as needed).
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• 5 years’ experience in requirements analysis.

Desired:

• Experience in an IT and/or DoD environment highly desired.
• Experience creating work items and reports in GitLab desired.
• Experience working in an Agile environment desired.

Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required. Interim Secret clearance acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 10 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 14 years related experience OR HS and 16 years related experience.
