Position Type: Full- Time

Essential Functions:

• Serves as the scrum master for a team of software developers responsible for several web application projects
• Gather customer requirements; develop user stories following Agile methodologies
• Measure, monitor, and report on project performance and milestones
• Research, recommend, and implement software development techniques, best practices, and processes
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• 5 years supervising, leading, managing, or performing in a senior role for IT or software development projects

Desired:

• Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner preferred
• Experience with Team Foundation Server highly desired

Security Clearance:   
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Interim secret acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.  

Education:
BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics preferred.
