Position Type: Full-Time

Essential Functions:

• Candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer technical support issues.
• Acknowledges, analyzes, and troubleshoots web-based software application problems
• Works with users to resolve issues via telephone, email, remote connectivity, or desk-side visits
• Documents detailed problem resolutions
• Creates new user accounts
• Interfaces with software developers to explain and recreate software issues
• Creates test cases and conducts software testing
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

• 1 year of experience providing software testing and/or technical software customer support

Desired:

• Experience with SQL and/or HEAT SM ticketing system highly desired

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education; 
High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
