Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Candidates may be required to work onsite at Patuxent River, MD 1-2 days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Plan and facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor/track progress of complex data analysis and development projects in accordance with sprint cadence.
• Interface with government customers to assist with gathering requirements and documentation.
• Support the development team by facilitating removal of any non-technical roadblocks.
• Serve as GitLab manager, maintaining all subsections and overseeing content, including entering, monitoring, and closing issues.
• Identify, track, and mitigate/resolve project risks/issues.
• Measure, monitor, and report on project performance, including creating and presenting briefs/whitepapers and project schedules to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or IT project manager required.
• Experience creating, coordinating, and tracking project schedules and tasking required.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

• Experience with GitLab highly desired.
• Experience working in a DOD software development/data analytics environment desired.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 10+ years related experience.
