Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer in Lexington Park, Maryland. Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

• Supports aviation logistics systems which enable users to process and analyze material supply information.
• Participates in design, development and unit testing of future software iterations. Conducts analysis and configuration of an existing software iteration.
• Supports the deployment of the application.
• Assists in documentation of the software design and supports the needs of the formal test process.
• Supports the software architecture and application design. Identifies and fixes software trouble reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum five years of software design and development, specifically with C# and .NET framework required.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise web applications required.
• SQL experience is plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Experience with source code Configuration Management tools is desired.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, Python, and/or Ruby on Rails is a plus.

Security: Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
