Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ColdFusion Programmer in Patuxent River, Maryland. Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for the development, testing and maintenance of web applications utilizing ColdFusion and related technologies. Candidate will be required to create and execute SQL queries to verify data and troubleshoot issues. Candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the development of software technical documentation including requirements specifications, design documents and test plans.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is preferred. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience building transaction-based, RDBMS backed, ColdFusion web applications. Experience with Oracle and SQL is preferred.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
