Description

Position Type: Full-Time/Contingent
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Designs, creates, and conducts work-related communication, training, and development programs to improve strategic communication and organizational performance.
  • Analyzes organizational communication and training needs.
  • Creates training materials, scenarios, and briefings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

  • Experience in communication, training and development required.


Security Clearance:
Active Secret or Interim clearance required.  Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education:
BS/BA degree in Business Management or a related field and 3 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree in Business Management or a related field and 7 years related experience,
OR HS diploma and 9 years related experience.
